| General description【一般描述】 | UNC45B (unc-45 myosin chaperone B) codes for a myosin-specific chaperone. It is expressed in the heart and skeletal muscle tissue. It belongs to the UCS (UNC-45/CRO1/She4p) family of proteins. UNC-45 protein consists of an N-terminal tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domain along with the canonical UCS domain. It is located on human chromosome 17q12. |
