| General description【一般描述】 | Fibroblast growth factor 10 (FGF10) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family and plays an essential role in the regulation of cell differentiation, tissue repair, tumor growth, embryonic development, and cell proliferation. Mutations in FGF10 have been associated lacrimo-auriculo-dento-digital syndrome (LADDS) which is a form of ectodermal dysplasia. |
