TRKA facilitates the regulation of cell differentiation and survival via activating SHC1 and FRS2 which in turn activates a GRB2-Ras-MAPK cascade. It also plays a pivotal role in controlling NF-κ-B activation as well as transcription of genes involved in cell survival via PLCG1. |
