| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Facade® EPC/FA-7 (3α-hydroxy-7α,12α-di-(((2-(trimethylamino)ethyl)phosphoryl)ethyloxy)-cholane) having phosphocholine groups helps in preparing smaller micelles than the facial amphiphiles (FAs) with nonionic sugar groups. Facade® is a mild rim forming surfactants, used in the synthesis of isotropic bicelles which prevents unfolding of soluble globular domains of large membrane proteins. |
