| General description【一般描述】 | Motor neuron and pancreas homeobox protein 1 (MNX1) is a transcription factor that is predominantly expressed in lymphoid and pancreatic tissues. It is involved in the development and function of the pancreas. Abnormal expression of MNX1 results in an autosomal dominant condition known as Currarino syndrome. |
