| General description【一般描述】 | An immunoglobulin has two heavy chain and two light chain connected by disulfide bond. It mainly helps in immune defense . It is a glycoprotein. IgG is a major class of immunoglobulin . Immunoglobulin G (IgG) participates in hypersensitivity type II and type III. Hamster IgG has two well known subclasses- IgG1, IgG2 and a poorly studied IgG3 subclass. Some hamster strains shows the absence of IgG3 due to a single gene defect evolved during interbreeding . |
| Specificity【特异性】 | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Armenian Hamster IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Biotin, Anti-Goat Serum, Armenian Hamster IgG and Armenian Hamster Serum. Reactivity with Golden Syrian Hamster IgG is greatly reduced. |
