Toxicity: Standard Handling (A)

In 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate, 1% BSA, 0.1% glycerol, pH 7.6. Ammonium sulfate free.

Do not dilute the entire vial at one time. Dilute only as needed in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.2, 2-5 mg/ml of BSA or other physiological buffer.

The phycobiliprotein used in making this conjugate had a M.W. of 240,000. Molar extinction coefficient at 565 nm: 1.9 x 10⁶. Excitation Max: 500 nm emission max: 575 nm.
