Concentration: See product insert. Purification: Multi-step chromatography. Purity on silver stained SDS-PAGE >95%. Note: (1) A LoTox product, Endotoxin < 0.03 EU/μg. (2) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes. |
