Cells form stratified, epithelial colonies and retain properties of squamous cell differentiation in long term culture. They are morphologically and cytogenetically distinct from C-4 II (Sigma Catalogue number. 88102701). Reported to contain human papilloma virus. Handle as potentially biohazardous material. |
