Product PLAK0512, Powered by Bethyl Laboratories, has been pre-qualified for use in proximity ligation assay (PLA^®). PLA^® technology enables visualization of protein interactions in fixed cells and tissue samples while under endogenous protein expression levels.

The antibody for BRCA1 (PLA0185) is used at dilution 1:1,000 and the antibody for Estrogen Receptor Alpha (PLA0113) is used at dilution 1:1,000 for PLA applications.
