Anti-URGCP antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project (www.proteinatlas.org). Upregulator of cell proliferation (URGCP) is associated with the onset of oncogenesis and cell cycle regulation. Its overexpression has been observed in the hepatitis B-infected liver, gastric cancer cells. It also alters cyclin D1 expression in cell proliferation stage. It has been reported that URGCP may be used as a therapeutic target for the treatment of cervical cancer.
