| General description【一般描述】 | RNF41 (E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase Nrdp1) is a ring-finger protein that associates with JAK2-associated cytokine receptor complexes. This ligase subsequently regulates the degradation and ectodomain shedding of type I cytokine receptors. RNF41 is also known to modulate the differentiation of hematopoietic progenitors. Rabbit Anti-RNF41 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, bovine, and zebrafish RNF41. |
