| General description【一般描述】 | Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma/glitazone receptor (PPARG, NR1C3) is a type II nuclear receptor involved in the regulation of fatty acid storage and glucose metabolism. PPARG activation stimulates lipid uptake and adipocyte differention/adipogenesis. PPARG is a component of pathologies such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, and cancer. PPARG helps regulate the inflammatory response of endothelial cells. Rabbit polyclonal anti-PPARG (AB1) antibody reacts with bovine, canine, human, mouse, rat, chicken, rabbit, and pig peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma/glitazone receptors. |
