| General description【一般描述】 | Leucine zipper transcription factor-like 1 (LZTFL1) is a cytoplasmic protein that interacts with Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS) proteins and regulates their ciliary trafficking. Mutations in this leucine zipper gene have been linked to mesoxial polydactyly in BBS patients. It is also involved in the attenuation of cognitive impairment. Rabbit Anti-LZTFL1 antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, zebrafish, and bovine LZTFL1. |
