| General description【一般描述】 | Anti-LTK Antibody detects endogenous levels of total LTK protein. Leukocyte tyrosine kinase (LTK) is a receptor tyrosine kinase. It is a member of the insulin receptor family. LTK is expressed in pre-B cells and brain. It is mapped to human chromosome 15q15. LTK has an ATG translational initiation codon, a secretory signal sequence, a 347 amino acid extracellular domain along with transmembrane and intracellular kinase domains. |
