| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Kallikrein B, plasma (Fletcher factor) 1 (KLKB1; KLK3) is a glycoprotein that is secreted as plasma prekallikrein. Prekallilrein is converted to plasma kallikrein by the action of factor XIIa. KLKB1 is involved in blood coagulation, fibrinolysis, kinin generation, inflammation and regulation of blood pressure. Plasma KLKB1 localizes to mast cells during the development of mammary glands, acts as effector of plasminogen cascade and regulates epithelial cell survival and adipocyte differentiation. |
