| General description【一般描述】 | Forkhead box A3 (FOXA3), also known as hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 γ (HNF3γ), is encoded by the gene mapped to human chromosome 19q13.32. The encoded protein belongs to the Foxa subfamily. FOXA3 is characterized with a homologous forkhead DNA-binding domain and two transcriptional activation domains located at the N- and C-terminal. |
