| General description【一般描述】 | Anti-DGKI Antibody detects endogenous levels of total DGKI protein. DGKI (Diacylglycerol kinase iota) is a small, integral membrane protein belonging to the type IV diacylglycerol kinase subfamily. It is mapped on chromosome 7q32.3-q33. The members of the DGK family consist of a catalytic domain and at least two cysteine-rich regions. In type IV family members, it has four ankyrin repeats and a carboxy terminal PDZ binding domain. |
