| General description【一般描述】 | The CDH15 (cadherin 15) gene is a member of type I classic cadherin superfamily. It codes for a protein of 814 amino acid residues. It is located on human chromosome 16q24. It consists of 14 exons and five extracellular (EC) repeats. It is mostly expressed in skeletal muscle and brain. Anti-CDH15 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CDH15 protein. |
