General description【一般描述】 | ACTR associates with estrogen receptors in breast and ovarian cancers and stimulates transcription. Hence, ACTR has been implicated in the carcinogenesis of breast and ovarian tumors. Mouse monoclonal Anti-ACTR/AIB1 antibody recognizes human ACTR (150kD) and another doublet (110kD) by immunoblotting. ACTR, a nuclear receptor coactivator, is also referred to as amplified in breast cancer 1 (AIB1), thyroid hormone receptor activator molecule-1 (TRAM-1), receptor-associated coactivator 3 (RAC3 and SRC3). |
