| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Lazabemide is effective in treatment of Alzheimer′s disease and in combination with nicotine replacement therapy aids in smoking cessation. Lazabemide is a selective and reversible monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor and Anti-Parkinson. Also it inhibits monoamine uptake at high concentrations (IC50 values are 86, 123 and > 500 μM for noradrenalin, serotonin and dopamine uptake respectively). |
