| General description【一般描述】 | Anti-APC (Ab-1), mouse monoclonal, clone FE9, recognizes full length APC (p300) in HCT116 cells and truncated APC (p147) in SW480 cells. It is validated for Western botting. Protein G purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with SP40 cells. Recognizes the ~300 kDa APC protein as well as a variety of truncated forms. Recognizes full length APC (p300) in HCT116 cells and truncated APC (p147) in SW480 cells. |
