| Application【应用】 | Coliform ChromoSelect Agar is recommended for the simultaneous detection of Escherichia coli and thermotolerent coliforms in water, milk, dairy products and other food samples. |
| Preparation Note【制备说明】 | Suspend 24 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121℃) for 15 minutes. |
