| Application【应用】 | Western blot Immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue: 1:300 for 10 minutes at room temperature. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling of tissues in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user. STAINING PATTERN: Cytoplasmic Anti-Synaptophysin Antibody detects level of Synaptophysin & has been published & validated for use in WB, IH(P).
