| General description【一般描述】 | A cytochalasin B-sensitive carrier located in the membrane, GLUT-5 appears to be primarily functional as a fructose transporter. It is expressed in the small intestine, and is also found in the skeletal muscle, kidney and adipose tissue but at significantly reduced levels. |
