| General description【一般描述】 | Monoclonal Anti-Human IgM (mouse IgG2b isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Human IgMs are the initial immunoglobulin isotypes that appear in blood in response to the first exposure to external antigens. IgMs have been implicated in CNS myelin repair and increased secretory IgM levels have been linked to rhino-conjunctivitis . Monoclonal Anti-Human IgM (μ-chain specific)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is specific for human IgM. The product does not react with human IgG, IgA or light chains. |
