| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Tumour necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily member 1A is a type I single transmembrane glycoprotein. Signal transduction mediated by binding of TNFα regulates inflammatory, immune responses and apoptotic pathway. TNF receptor 1 is implicated in the end-stage renal disease and associated mortality. Mutations in TNF receptor 1 causes autosomal dominant tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS). Polymorphism in TNF receptor 1 causes multiple sclerosis. |
