| Application【应用】 | 叶酸拮抗剂通过结合二氢叶酸还原酶并阻滞叶酸转化为四氢叶酸盐发挥作用，而亚叶酸钙则可抵消叶酸拮抗剂的作用。在医学上，亚叶酸钙在甲氨蝶呤治疗后用于降低甲氨蝶呤的毒性。亚叶酸钙还可用于增强癌症治疗中 5-氟尿嘧啶的细胞毒性效应。 |
