DNA polymerase delta and epsilon require the accessory proteins proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and replication factor C for elongation of primed DNA templates. RFC3 gene encodes the 38kDa subunit, which facilitates the interaction between the 140kDa subunit and the core complex 36, 37, and 40kDa subunits. |
