MAP3K2 activates the kinases involved in the MAPK signaling pathway. It activates Iκ B kinases that are important regulators of NF-κB pathway. This kinase also facilitates cross-talk between c- Jun and FAK and MAPK and activates several downstream targets that contribute to cell proliferation, inflammation apoptosis and motility. |
