| General description【一般描述】 | LXN (latexin) is the human homologue of endogenous inhibitor of carboxypeptidase A found in rat. It was initially recognized as a neural marker in developing mammalian brain, of the lateral neocortex. This protein is composed of 222 amino acids. An α-helix links two subdomains that comprise the protein. It has high structural homology to TIG1 (tazarotene-induced gene 1). |
