| General description【一般描述】 | Adenovirus E1A gene modulates gene expression by associating with transcription factors in cells. Studies have reported that E1A regulates the stimulation of ICAM-1 through inflammatory signals in pulmonary epithelial cells. E1A has also been implicated in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Furthermore, E1A is known to mediate tumor suppression by rendering epithelial cells sensitive to anoikis. Sheep Anti-E1A (Adenovirus Early Region 1A) antibody binds to E1A using immunoblotting (43kDa). |
