| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Aceclidine at a concentration of 5 and 50 μg is capable of enhancing the outflow facility, following ciliary muscle disinsertion. Aceclidine hydrochloride is a parasympathomimetic drug with weak anticholinesterase activity. It acts on cholinergic nerve-endings, lowers intraocular pressure and potent therapeutic agent for open-angle glaucoma. Aceclidine is a non-selective muscarinic acetylcholine receptor partial agonist that is effective in reducing intraocular pressure. |
