| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Platycodin D elicits strong anti-cancer properties and exhibits cytotoxicity against several cancer cell lines of both in vitro and in vivo origin. It exerts anti-inflammatory and protective effects against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) by upregulating liver-X receptors α (LXRα) and ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) signaling pathway. It also possesses protective effects against Cisplatin (CDDP)-induced nephrotoxicity in mice. |
